International Shipping
We're excited to share that MakeSpaceCalm now offers international shipping to bring our premium sleep and wellness products to customers worldwide!
We cover all international shipping and duties costs if you select the standard logistics shipping method, so there are no extra or surprise charges. You'll only pay the price you see for the products in your cart.
If you select DHL or FedEx express shipping, you will pay for it according to the weight of the products.

Shipping Address Changes: Please contact us ASAP at sales@makespacecalm.com if you notice an error with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee edits received after an order has been placed and they may incur a change of address fee.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
- Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
- International: 7-10 business days by DHL or FedEx / 15-25 days by standard logistics
Return & Refund Policy
We are pretty confident you're going to love the products you bought, but in case it's not a match, we make it easy for you to return or exchange.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any order placed on our website.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to return or exchange an international order, please email sales@makespacecalm.com and explain the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery. All components, including accessories, must be in brand new condition. Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions once your return request is confirmed.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you have lost the packaging, please ensure the device is properly protected to prevent damage during transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your MakeSpaceCalm device arrives damaged or with missing accessories, you may be eligible for up to a 50% refund. Please contact us immediately at sales@makespacecalm.com so we can address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We are committed to processing your return as quickly as possible. Once the exchange or refund process is initiated, you will typically receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
